MLA Student wins ASLA Honor Award for Graduate Thesis Research: Mehran Madani's thesis The Challenge of Change in the Public Lives of the Elderly through Landscape Affordance will be presented at the upcoming ASLA annual convention. This work builds on the social authority research being developed in CLR by his advisor John Danahy.

John Danahy's most recent public workshop project with duToit Allsopp Hillier for the Toronto City Housing Authority, was awarded a CIP National Award at the recent World Urban Forum in Vancouver for the innovative use of visualisation in public design workshops. |
